Job summary

Premera Blue Cross in Washington state seeks a Finance Systems Analyst IV to proactively solve complex Finance process needs across the enterprise. You will maintain and support Finance Systems, act as SME for Workday Financials, and collaborate with IT, Payroll, and HR to align with programs and initiatives.

You will develop reporting, assist with upgrades, and contribute to data accuracy, documentation, and training. Strong Workday experience and CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related area (required).
• Six years of experience as a Workday Financial System Analyst or similar role (required).
• Experience with Workday Financials (preferred).
• Reporting tools experience within Workday or similar (preferred).
• Exposure to AI applications (preferred).
• CPA certification (preferred).
• GAAP and Statutory Accounting collaboration experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain, administer and support Finance Systems and related systems in line with Finance programs and initiatives.
• Serve as SME for Finance business processes and Workday functionality.
• Develop and maintain a reporting repository and support analytics requests.
• Enhance Workday Financials processes and reporting.
• Research new functionalities and stay informed on best practices.
