Senior Manager – Workday Finance Systems

Remote / Hybrid | Full-Time | Base: $105K – $189K + Benefits

We’re partnering with a large enterprise organization undergoing continued investment in its ERP and finance systems landscape. They are seeking a Senior Manager – Workday Finance Systems to lead strategic initiatives across their Workday Financial Management environment.

This is a highly visible leadership role focused on optimizing and enhancing Workday capabilities across Finance and related operational domains. The position combines hands-on solution design with stakeholder leadership and team management responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of complex Workday Finance solutions
• Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Payroll, Technology, and business stakeholders to improve processes and system functionality
• Drive operational improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable ERP solutions
• Oversee Workday enhancements, testing cycles, upgrades, support tickets, and release activities
• Translate business requirements into effective functional and technical solutions
• Manage and mentor a team responsible for ongoing Workday support and optimization
• Support governance, change management, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts
• Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business leadership

What They’re Looking For

• 7+ years of Workday experience across configuration, sustainment, or implementation
• 10+ years of overall business systems or operational experience
• 3+ years of leadership or people management experience
• Strong background within Workday Finance modules and ERP operations
