Job summary

DePaul Community Resources in Roanoke, VA is seeking an ADS Finance Specialist to oversee Medicaid billing, EVV compliance, and caregiver timekeeping. You will ensure accurate posting, resolve denials, and support accounts receivable while upholding HIPAA confidentiality.

This largely remote role requires clear communication with caregivers, clients, and payers, and collaboration with Finance and program staff to ensure timely reimbursement and precise financial records.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare finance, Medicaid billing, and EVV compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain ADS caregiver timekeeping records and EVV compliance.
• Manage ADS billing and accounts receivable with timely Medicaid submissions.
• Post and reconcile payments; resolve denials and billing discrepancies.
• Maintain patient pay records and support collections and reporting.
• Provide backup caregiver payment support and coordinate with Finance and staff.
• Serve as primary Finance contact for ADS questions and process improvements.
