Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Finance Operations Manager to lead financial and accounting operations for a dedicated projects account. You will oversee invoicing, forecasting, accruals, reporting, and system processes while coordinating with project managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

You will mentor finance staff, ensure data accuracy, and drive continuous improvement across account finance workflows. Strong Excel and enterprise system experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years experience managing finance operations, project accounting, invoicing, forecasting, accruals, or related account finance activities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead or oversee team members, provide training, and coordinate work across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review financial data, identify variances, validate accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
• Experience with enterprise finance and project systems. Knowledge of PeopleSoft, E1/Spend, Salesforce, and Certinia is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance operations, mentor analysts, and drive process improvements.
• Oversee end-to-end project invoicing, approvals, and accruals.
• Manage account setup, allocations, and intercompany fee sharing.
• Provide forecasting oversight and monthly accrual reviews.
• Prepare financial reporting and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Serve as primary finance contact for the account and clients.
