Job summary
LeadingIT, a security-focused MSP, seeks a Finance Manager in Woodstock, IL to own daily financial processes including billing, AR, AP, reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and cash-flow tracking. You will partner with leadership for accurate, timely financial information and strong internal controls.
Candidates should have 4+ years in finance, strong Excel, and QuickBooks Online or similar software; professional-services/MSP/SaaS experience is a plus. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of finance/accounting experience.
- Experience with AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
- Experience in professional-services, MSP, SaaS, or recurring-revenue environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day accounting and finance processes.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting for leadership.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate billing, invoicing, and collections.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking.
- Assist with acquisition integrations and financial systems.
