Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management preferred.
• Ability to convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• In-depth organizational skills and numeric aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial analytics for variances, forecasting, salaries, headcount, and third‑party maintenance spending.
• Utilize Excel and internal systems to track forecasting, budgeting, and expenses for operational improvements.
• Produce routine and ad hoc financial reports and pro forma analyses for senior management.
• Review balance sheet analyses and cash flow statements for accuracy.
• Provide supervision for one to two Finance Analysts.
• Lead month-end close and approve monthly journal entries.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
• Serve as primary client contact ensuring high-quality service and clear communication.
