Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a team responsible for budgeting, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, and management reporting within Finance Strategy and Operations. This role will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, and contribute to policy development.

You will oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensure accurate reporting, and communicate complex information to senior management while fostering team development and leadership excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring and performance appraisal.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and set performance expectations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities and deadlines.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
• Review balance sheet analyses and standard reporting packs for accuracy.
• Produce routine and ad hoc financial reports for senior management.
• Develop accounting policies and procedures.
