CBRE Finance is hiring a Finance Manager to lead the team responsible for annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, and management reporting. The role includes supervising staff, guiding budgeting and reporting processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial statements.

The position is based in Dallas, TX and requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, plus a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Ability to convey sensitive, complex information and manage problems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide formal supervision to employees; oversee training and development.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting.
• Review balance sheet accounts and cash flows; ensure accuracy of reports.
• Review and approve basic monthly journal entries.
• Produce routine and ad hoc financial reports for senior management.
