Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Finance Manager, AR, IA, MO to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a multi-unit pod. The role partners with the Finance Director and division finance teams to deliver strategic financial guidance and ensure resources are allocated effectively.

Remote position within the Great Plains Division (AR, IA, MN, MO, KS, NE, ND, SD, OK, TX) with preference for AR, IA, MO residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and data manipulation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and close activities for a finance pod.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to inform planning and resource allocation.
• Maintain data integrity, controls, and compliance with policies.
• Support strategic finance initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Approve accounts receivable/payable and coordinate with accounting staff.
