The Nature Conservancy seeks a Finance Manager, AR, IA, MO who will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a multi-unit pod. This is a remote role within the Great Plains Division, with travel not expected to exceed 10%, and preference for Arkansas, Iowa, and Missouri residents.

You will collaborate with the Finance Director and division teams to provide strategic financial guidance, manage day-to-day activities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field plus 4 years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Experience using Workday including data entry, reporting, analysis, etc.
• Strong finance partner with ability to influence decision-making and manage priorities.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and translating financial data into insights.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, close, and grant administration for a pod.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to inform planning and resource allocation.
• Maintain data integrity, controls, and compliance with policies.
• Support implementation of financial strategies and process improvements.
• Act as main finance contact for BU staff and coordinate cross-functional work.
