The Nature Conservancy seeks a Finance Manager for the AR, IA, MO region, leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for a multi-unit pod. The role partners with the Finance Director and division staff to provide strategic financial guidance and support resource allocation across conservation programs.

Responsibilities include managing close processes, grant administration, and internal controls, while coordinating with philanthropy and operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of Workday experience.
• Experience as a strategic finance partner, building trusted relationships and influencing decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, financial close, pledge reviews, grant administration for a pod.
• Provide financial analysis, modeling, and insights to inform planning and resource allocation.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data, systems, and internal controls.
• Support financial strategies and process improvements across the pod.
• Approver of accounts receivable and accounts payable; coordinate with accounting specialist as needed.
• Support management of private awards and funding proposals with philanthropy team.
• Deliver finance services across the pod in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; escalate issues.
