Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field with 4 years' related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of Experience using Workday for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Ability to translate financial information into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with Auto Safety Program.

Responsibilities

• Manages budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, financial close, and grant administration for a pod with the Finance Director.
• Provides financial analysis, modeling, and insights to inform planning and resource allocation.
• Maintains accuracy, integrity, and controls of financial data and processes.
• Supports implementation of financial strategies and process improvements.
• Approves accounts receivable/payable in collaboration with the accounting specialist.
• Supports private awards tracking and reviews private funding proposals with philanthropy.
• Executes finance services across the pod in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Monitors compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; escalates issues as needed.
• Provides technical guidance and coordinates training for finance staff.
