The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Finance Manager for AR, IA, MO to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial close for a finance pod serving three business units. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and partner with program staff to steward resources.

Remote role within the Great Plains Division (Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas) with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; 4 years' related experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Workday experience including data entry, reporting, analysis, and/or other functions.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial close for a pod serving three business units.
• Coordinate pledge reviews, grant administration, lease & asset certifications, and related financial management activities.
• Provide financial analysis, modeling, and insights to inform planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure data integrity, internal controls, and compliance with policies and accounting standards.
