Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a remote Finance leader to guide a team of analysts focused on forecasting, earned value management, and program controls for a US-based program. You will partner with program managers, engineers, and contracts to drive financial performance and compliance.

The role emphasizes developing talent, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment. Remote with ET alignment and US-based operations.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups) and Microsoft Office Suite of tools
• Professional experience in Program Controls with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts with responsibility for financial forecasting, reporting, EV and EACs.
• Develop talent within the team through training and mentoring.
• Communicate with multiple levels of management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Be an integrated part of a fast-paced finance team emphasizing strategic thinking and initiative.
• Provide ad hoc data reporting support and contribute to senior projects.
