Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced Finance professional for the Internal Wideband group. The role involves leading financial forecasting, EVMS, EACs, and interfacing with program managers, engineers, contracts, accounting, and supply chain across remote settings.

The candidate will mentor analysts, drive process improvements, and participate in cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced environment. U.S. citizenship required; remote work centered to Eastern time zones.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups) and Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
• Professional experience in Program Controls with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts with responsibility for financial forecasting, reporting, EVMS and EACs.
• Develop talent within the team through training and mentoring.
• Communicate with multiple levels of management and sponsor solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced finance team requiring strategic thinking and initiative.
• Support ad hoc data reporting and senior-level projects.
