RTX Collins Aerospace's Internal Wideband finance team seeks an experienced finance professional for a remote role supporting program finance, forecasting, EVMS and EACs. You will collaborate with program managers, engineers and cross-functional partners to drive forecasting accuracy and program performance.

Based in the US, the position requires coordinating with Eastern time zone stakeholders and delivering clear financial insights while mentoring junior analysts in tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot Tables, Lookups) and Microsoft Office Suite of tools
• Professional experience in Program Controls with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of analysts with the primary responsibility of working closely with the program teams to influence all financial aspects of the programs including: financial forecasting and reporting, Earned Value Management and compliance, Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Develop talent within the team. This will include: training early-career analysts in tools, processes, and general business acumen and mentoring advanced analysts in career next-steps and opportunities within their current role to expand their knowledge and skillsets for the future.
• Communicate with multiple levels of management. Additionally, the role will need to effectively interact with multiple layers within the organization and make recommendations for appropriate solutions.
• An integrated part of a fast‑paced finance team where strategic thinking, multitasking and individual initiative are key requirements.
• Provide support for ad hoc data reporting as well as participating in senior level projects and product‑line initiatives.
