Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced Manager, Program Cost Controls to lead financial analysis, cost management, forecasting, and performance reporting for the Withheld family of programs at our St. Petersburg, FL site.

This onsite role collaborates with Program Managers and IPTLs to provide strategic financial insights and ensure reporting accuracy. You will manage forecasts, support EVM cadence, and drive program closeout activities while ensuring compliance with DoD accounting policies

Formación

• Active Secret clearance required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to government financial systems.
• Experience with earned value management and DoD accounting controls.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Experience in program cost controls and forecasting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial analysis and cost control for the Withheld family of programs in St. Petersburg, onsite.
• Prepare weekly/monthly cost and performance reports including EACs and LREs.
• Support EVM cadence and IPMDAR external reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and process baseline change requests (BCRs).
• Generate monthly CDRL reports for external customers and IPMDAR.
• Document financial processes and tools User Manuals (forProject, PMX, CDRL).
• Maintain data integrity with remote tools teams and ensure reporting accuracy.
