Qualifications

• Previous experience in finance coordination or similar administrative roles.
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, or medical administration is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive, problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate financial and administrative activities across approximately 15 facilities.
• Support patient accounts, billing, insurance administration, and collections.
• Communicate with families, internal departments, and external agencies.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Investigate and resolve complex financial and administrative issues.
• Provide progress updates and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with process improvements and broader finance initiatives.
