Highmark Health is seeking a Director of AI Finance Transformation to define and execute the enterprise's AI strategy for Finance and lead the transformation of finance processes to unlock measurable value.

You will build a portfolio of AI and automation use cases, establish governance, and partner with technology, data, and finance teams to scale AI responsibly across close, planning, reporting, and operations.

Formación

• Experience leading AI-driven finance initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
• Ability to align AI strategies with enterprise finance goals and governance.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, articulate, and execute the AI strategy and multi-year roadmap for the finance organization.
• Build and maintain the finance AI use case portfolio from concept to scale.
• Partner with Enterprise Technology, Data Management, and Architecture to ensure finance AI is built on approved platforms and governed data.
• Manage relationships with AI vendors and evaluate build-versus-buy.
• Establish the finance AI operating model, governance framework, and validation requirements.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption, cycle time, quality, and value realization.
• Lead the redesign of finance processes enabled by AI across close, planning, and reporting.
• Ensure data/model integrity, security, and compliance with laws and standards.
• Drive adoption and sustain change after deployment.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
