Highmark Health is seeking a Director of AI Finance Transformation to define and execute the enterprise AI strategy for Finance and lead the transformation of finance processes it enables. You will identify, prioritize, build, and scale AI and automation use cases on governed data with governance and controls to ensure accountable outcomes.

Formación

• 7 years of experience in finance, consulting, digital transformation, and/or AI-enabled initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, information technology, or related field.
• Strong ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define AI strategy and multi-year roadmap for finance.
• Build and manage the finance AI use case portfolio from concept to scale.
• Partner with Enterprise Technology, Data Management, and Architecture to ensure governed data and platforms.
• Lead the development, testing, and governance of AI use cases in finance, with clear validation.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption, cycle time, and realized value; report progress to finance leadership.
• Drive finance process transformation and adoption across close, planning, and reporting.
