Highmark Health is seeking a Director of AI Finance Transformation to define and execute the enterprise AI strategy for Finance and lead the transformation of finance processes it enables. You will identify, prioritize, build, and scale AI use cases on governed data, establishing governance and controls for responsible AI adoption.

Responsibilities include delivering AI-enabled finance solutions, overseeing vendor partnerships, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulatory

Formación

• 7 years of experience in finance, consulting, digital transformation, and/or AI-enabled initiatives.
• Experience leading AI/automation initiatives in a large organization.
• Ability to govern AI in finance with risk and compliance considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop AI strategy and multi-year roadmap for finance.
• Build and maintain the finance AI use case portfolio from concept to scale.
• Partner with Enterprise Technology, Data Management, and Architecture for governed data.
• Manage relationships with AI vendors; evaluate build-vs-buy decisions.
• Establish finance AI operating model and governance framework.
• Ensure unvalidated AI outputs do not appear in financial reporting.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption, cycle time, quality, and realized value.
• Lead finance process transformation enabled by AI across close, planning, and reporting.
