Highmark Health is seeking a Director of AI Finance Transformation to define and drive the enterprise AI agenda for finance, shaping strategy, governance, and a multi-year roadmap. You will identify high-value use cases, partnering with technology, data management, and business units to scale AI-enabled finance processes.

Lead the redesign of close, planning, reporting, and analytics, establish guardrails, monitor value, and ensure compliant, governed data for AI outputs.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in finance, consulting, digital transformation, or AI-enabled initiatives.

Mansioni

• Develop, articulate, and execute the AI strategy and multi-year roadmap for Finance.
• Build and maintain the finance AI use case portfolio from concept through pilot, production, and scale.
• Partner with Enterprise Technology, Data Management, and Architecture to ensure finance AI is governed and on approved platforms.
• Lead governance, validation, and risk management for AI outputs in finance and reporting.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption, cycle time, quality, and realized value.
• Lead the redesign of finance processes enabled by AI and automation across close, planning, and reporting.
• Build finance capability and AI literacy through training and playbooks.
