Highmark Health is seeking a Director of AI Finance Transformation to define and execute the enterprise AI strategy for Finance and lead the transformation of finance processes it enables.

The incumbent identifies, prioritizes, builds, and scales AI and automation use cases on governed finance data, establishes the governance and controls under which they operate, and drives the process redesign and adoption required to convert capability into measurable value.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in finance, consulting, digital transformation, or AI-enabled initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, articulate, and execute the AI strategy and multi-year roadmap for finance.
• Build and maintain the finance AI use case portfolio from concept to scale.
• Partner with Enterprise Technology, Data Management, and Architecture to ensure governed data and approved platforms.
• Manage relationships with AI and automation vendors and consulting partners; evaluate build-versus-buy decisions.
• Stay current on AI capability in finance and translate it into prioritized opportunities for the enterprise.
• Lead the development, testing, implementation, adoption, and scaling of AI use cases for finance with governance.
• Establish the finance AI operating model and governance framework with clear role definition between humans and AI.
• Ensure no unvalidated AI output flows into financial reporting; humans own conclusions and accountability.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption, cycle time, quality, and realized value; report progress and risk to leaders.
• Ensure data/model integrity, security, and compliance with laws and standards.
