Highmark Health seeks a Director of AI Finance Transformation to define and execute the enterprise's AI strategy for Finance and to lead the transformation of finance processes to deliver measurable value. You will build the multi-year AI roadmap, manage the use-case portfolio, govern data, and drive adoption across close, planning, reporting, and operations.

Required 7+ years in finance, consulting, digital transformation or AI initiatives; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in finance, consulting, digital transformation, and/or AI-enabled initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field.
• Strong ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed environments and translate AI initiatives into enterprise value.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the AI strategy and multi-year roadmap for finance.
• Lead governance, validation, and scaling of AI use cases in finance; establish operating model and data governance.
• Drive AI-enabled finance process redesign and adoption across close, planning, reporting, and operations.
