20four7VA seeks an offshore independent contractor for Finance & Administrative Operations Coordination (Remote). The role combines AR, QuickBooks Desktop, payment follow-up, payroll support, and administrative operations for a small business client in the sanitation-services industry.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on transactional finance experience, be proactive, and work well in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on QuickBooks Desktop experience is required.
• Accounts receivable experience is required.
• Experience with payment follow-up and collections coordination is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly AR aging review and own payment follow-up.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping for payment exceptions and open balances.
• Reconcile customer payments, deposits, bank activity, and QuickBooks records.
