20four7VA is seeking an offshore independent contractor to provide remote Accounting, Bookkeeping & Operations support. Focused on organizing financial records, reconciling accounts, and bringing QuickBooks up to date across currencies, with potential expansion into billing and back-office tasks.

The ideal candidate will have QuickBooks Multi-Currency experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, multinational environment while meeting deadlines.

Competenze

• Bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
• QuickBooks Multi-Currency experience required.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Billing and invoicing experience preferred.
• International accounting exposure preferred.

Mansioni

• Review and categorize payments and expenses from January to present.
• Reconcile bank accounts and financial records.
• Record multi-currency transactions and verify currency conversions.
• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks.
• Support billing and time-tracking activities for client invoices.
• Prepare records for client review and accounting handoffs.
