Job summary

Fidium is seeking a results-driven vendor program manager to oversee field contractor performance, ensure SOW compliance, and drive on-time delivery for a downline of up to 150 technicians.

This exempt role offers remote work with preference for candidates in select states; you will partner with dispatch, review invoices, manage onboarding/offboarding, and escalate issues to protect quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Plans and coordinates department activities to meet goals.
• Provides leadership across multiple large initiatives.
• Manages resources and oversight to ensure KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for field vendor needs.
• Monitor on-time arrivals and dispatch status; enforce corrective actions.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, schedule changes and terminations.
• Coordinate with dispatch to allocate field resources as needed.
• Communicate KPI results and roadblocks to stakeholders.
• Review and audit invoices to ensure alignment with SOW.
• Charge back vendors when quality or invoices diverge from contract.
• Lead regular cross-functional meetings to align policy and process.
