Job summary

Fidium is seeking a remote-based Vendor/Program Manager to oversee field operations, vendor performance, and invoice alignment with the SOW. You will coordinate multiple contract managers and field teams to ensure service quality and adherence to standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budget and KPI management, and experience aligning disparate groups toward common objectives. Remote-friendly with preferred candidates in select states.

Qualifications

• Plans and oversees department activities; ensures budget and KPI targets are met.
• Leads large programs and cross-functional teams with strategic oversight.
• Acts as advisor on elevated issues and ensures policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single contact for vendor field needs and internal Fidium contact.
• Monitor on-time arrivals, NPS, and dispatch status; implement corrective actions.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and schedule changes for vendor teams.
• Coordinate with dispatch to align resources and field activity with demand.
• Communicate KPI and process updates with vendors and internal teams.
• Oversee damage claims, site inspections, and customer communications.
• Conduct post-install surveys to review customer experience and quality.
• Review invoices against SOW and charge back as needed.
• Audit suspended jobs and address justified issues with vendors.
• Lead regular cross-group meetings to align policy and process.
