Teradyne Robotics invites applications for an Area Sales Manager to grow UR and MiR sales across New York State, operating remotely from the Syracuse area. You will manage a regional territory, collaborate with distributors, integrators, OEMs and partners, and drive multi-channel sales strategies.

You will educate partners on UR and MiR solutions, provide competitive insights, and motivate partner sales teams. A strong track record in outside sales and quota attainment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; BSEE/BSME preferred.
• 4–5+ years of outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience working with distribution and omni-channel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce CRM.

Responsabilités

• Manage sales goals/quotas in assigned geography.
• Maintain opportunity funnel, forecasting and action plans.
• Drive KPIs and annual target for UR and MiR products.
• Coordinate joint visits with distributors and omni-channel sales reps.
• Support partners through the sales process (visits, demos, pricing).
• Qualify leads with Inside Sales to ensure solid funnel.
• Lead business reviews with partners to drive growth.
• Represent Teradyne Robotics at tradeshows and events.
• Develop knowledge of competitive products and market activity.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 50%.
