This field-based role partners with underwriting, claims, marketing and other teams to deliver an exceptional agency experience.

The ideal candidate will manage a territory like a business, travel regularly within the region, and contribute to growth opportunities while balancing underwriting results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property-and-casualty insurance sales or related agency experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with agency principals, producers, and staff.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop profitable agency partnerships.
• Prospect and recruit new agency partners aligned with growth strategy.
• Develop business plans with agencies to drive sustainable growth.
