Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking an outside sales Territory Manager for the Western Slope region. You will prospect, cold call, and manage existing accounts, driving growth with multi-channel solutions and a territorial playbook.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will travel regionally, work from a home office, and leverage a base salary with uncapped commission potential along with perks such as a company vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and expense account.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10 years in a structured outside/field sales role and a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Equipment/Construction equipment experience is preferred; quota-driven sales experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to build and maintain authentic customer relationships.
• Work primarily from a home office and on the road.

Responsibilities

• Sell multi-channel solutions, source and grow new business, manage existing accounts, and maintain the territory playbook.
• Understand customer needs and deliver value via presentations.
• Negotiate and close deals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Attend 4 to 6 auction sales in the region and meet with customers and colleagues.
• Travel overnight approximately 5 to 7 days per month to cover the territory and 1 to 2 days before each auction sale.
• Perform other duties as assigned and collaborate with internal teams.
