Qualifications

• Minimum five years of field insurance sales and management experience.
• Experience achieving profitable premium growth.
• IA distribution experience in Denver market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages assigned territory driving growth to meet financial and operational targets.
• Develops agency partnerships and supports a consultative sales approach.
• Mentors or coaches less experienced colleagues as needed.
• Coordinates with field distribution partners on strategic initiatives and product rollout.
