This field-based/remote role manages agency partnerships, drives premium growth, and achieves financial targets within Foremost products. You will work with independent agents, build strategy, and support expansion while traveling weekly to field locations. The position emphasizes relationship building, consultative selling, and performance metrics, with a strong focus on profitability and territory

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years of field insurance sales and management experience.
• Experience working with independent agents in the LA Metro market highly preferred.
• CA salary range referenced for this role and location.

• Owns and manages assigned territory driving profitable growth to achieve targets.
• Develops and executes territory plans and agency management processes.
• Builds and cultivates agency partnerships and serves as the primary relationship.
• Promotes Foremost products and services within the territory and supports new product rollout.
• Mentor or coach less experienced team members as needed.
