You will own territory plans, develop agency partnerships, and lead sales initiatives with independent agents to improve market share. Qualifications

• Minimum five years of field insurance sales and management experience.
• Experience achieving profitable premium growth across a book of business.
• CA-specific salary guidance noted: $91,350 - $154,990.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages assigned territory driving profitable growth to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Acts as trusted advisor delivering product, underwriting philosophy, appetite, and system training to support retention and new business development.
• Promotes and supports Foremost products and services within an assigned territory.
• Builds and maintains agency partnerships and ensures profitability across the territory.
• Remote with weekly field travel; mentors less experienced team members as needed.
