You will deliver training, support implementations, and guide verification studies while traveling up to 75% to assigned accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and product utilization.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years as Medical Technologist in a clinical lab or RN in infectious disease/critical care.
• At least 1 year implementing or supporting diagnostic/pOC testing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to train healthcare professionals and travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical and clinical training for diagnostic products and tests.
• Support new account implementations, activations, and workflow adoption.
• Guide verification studies and ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, COLA, TJC.
• Serve as a technical resource to optimize customer workflows and product use.
• Lead POC Link connectivity implementations and IT integrations at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues and recommend improvements.
• Educate customers on testing trends, volumes, and data insights.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to share customer insights.
