Abbott Diagnostics is seeking a Technical Application Specialist, Field/Remote Support to join our Toxicology team in the United States. This field-based role supports assay and instrument implementations, troubleshooting, and customer training across laboratories and healthcare facilities.

You will be the technical expert for Abbott Toxicology products, leading validations, resolving issues, and partnering with Sales, Quality, and Support to deliver exceptional service while traveling up to 75%

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• 2+ years of experience supporting diagnostic technologies or immunoassays.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Abbott Toxicology assays, reagents, and instrumentation through remote and on-site interactions.
• Lead assay and instrument implementations and customer training programs.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause investigations, and drive timely resolutions.
