Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical lab or critical-care / infectious disease environment.
• 1+ year of experience with implementation or Point-of-Care Testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical and clinical training for Abbott Infectious Disease products.
• Build consultative relationships with customers.
• Conduct workflow analysis to improve turnaround times.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PDF tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to teach complex subjects

Experience in customer service

Education

Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or Nursing
