Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services seeks a Field Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for field leadership roles across the US in a 100% remote setup. You will collaborate with HR and operations to build targeted sourcing strategies and attract top talent reflecting KBS culture and values.

You will manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance. The role emphasizes high-volume hiring and stakeholder partnership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting field or multi-site leadership roles.
• Experience recruiting field leadership roles in facilities services or retail.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (Paradox strongly preferred).
• Proven sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and hiring compliance.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and recruiting reporting tools.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for field leadership roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Manage job distributions through the ATS and integrated job boards.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and extend offers with negotiations within policy.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain ATS data.
