Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience in high-volume hourly/restaurant or hospitality hiring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, data insights and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for field roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring for hourly and salaried positions.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract top talent.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate and adjust strategies.
