Potbelly Sandwich Works is seeking a Field Talent Acquisition leader to drive full-cycle recruitment for field teams in a fast-casual environment. This remote role supports hourly and salaried positions across the United States, with Midwest-based preference for remote work and regulatory considerations.

The position requires 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment, excellent communication, ATS experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in high-volume hiring within restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for field roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for hourly and salaried positions.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing channels: job boards, social media, networking to attract top talent.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Source and attract top talent through multiple channels including local recruitment events.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics to evaluate strategies.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to optimize hiring.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking through ATS and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure hiring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager to implement new recruitment initiatives.
• Monitor and report on team recruitment metrics.
• Lead NSO- hiring, staffing and recruitment strategies at all levels.

• $80,000 - $95,000 base salary range + annual bonus potential!
• 100% Remote in the United States- residing in Midwest highly preferred. Due to state-specific regulatory requirements, Potbelly does not currently support remote work from the following states: Alaska, California, and Hawaii. To be considered for this position, you must be able to perform the role from a state not listed above at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.

Job Summary

The Manager of Field Talent Acquisition will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment efforts for our field teams & metrics of TA team in the fast-casual restaurant space. This role will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly and salaried roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process that supports operational needs and aligns with our company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for field roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for hourly and salaried positions.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top talent.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-up, and transparent interview processes.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and local recruitment events.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics to evaluate and adjust strategies.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices, applying them to optimize recruitment efforts.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking through [ATS system] and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure hiring compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, especially wage, hour, and youth employment regulations common in fast casual staffing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in high-volume, hourly hiring within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Ability work independently and to manage multiple priorities/roles and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, data insights and problem-solving skills.
