Job summary

Potbelly is seeking a Senior Manager of Field Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting across company-owned operations and advise franchisees. You will develop brand-specific strategies, partner with Shared Services on systems, and drive data-driven decisions to hire top hospitality talent.

The role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and extensive experience in field recruiting within hospitality. Remote work is available nationwide, with compliance considerations for certain states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive field recruiting strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Recruiting Partners to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Field Operations Leadership and HR Business Partners on staffing and retention goals.
• Source candidates using effective recruiting and marketing strategies and manage assigned searches.
• Oversee candidate selection to identify best-qualified candidates with compliance in mind.
• Build and maintain an EVP to attract top talent and uphold the brand.
