Job summary

DrugScan is seeking a Field Specimen Processor in Minneapolis, MN to collect and ship patient specimens accurately and on time. You will also support Customer Services with payments, portal assistance, and project tasks in a part-time role.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities, and prior customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift and move supplies and work in a clinical setting is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and empathy valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet and identify patient and obtain billing/testing info per SOP.
• Collect urine and oral fluid specimens for testing and observe collection as needed.
• Package and prepare specimens for shipping and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Handle patient payments and assist with portal and CRM tasks.
• Support customer service with calls, inquiries, and missing information.
