• Package and ship specimens following safety and HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist with customer service tasks, including payments and portal help.
• Maintain clean, orderly workstations and manage supplies.
• Log tasks and patient information in the CRM system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
