Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle payments and customer inquiries.
• Prior field specimen collection experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and collect required billing and testing information.
• Collect urine and oral fluid specimens for testing.
• Package and ship specimens following SOP.
• Assist with DRUGSCAN portals and CRM log tasks.
• Handle patient payments and provide customer service over calls.
• Maintain safety and PPE procedures.
• Assist with supply orders and field service duties.
