Job summary

GAF is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate-Northeast to join a 2-year program designed to develop future leaders. You will rotate through Field Services, Liquid Applied Roofing, and Roofing Principles rotations, performing inspections, troubleshooting leaks, and providing technical training to partners.

You’ll travel 30–60% to various customers and events, with mentorship from a dedicated manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op related experience in construction or roofing environment.
• Knowledge of the building material industry specifically roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections including start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections.
• Learn how to prioritize open inspection requests to formulate a productive and efficient schedule.
• Assist with leak and complaint inspections as assigned.
• Assist in problem resolution and communications to GAF and customers.
