GAF is seeking a Field Services Rotational Associate for the Northeast region. This full-time remote role supports residential and commercial roofing inspections, troubleshooting, and training.

The two-year program accelerates your leadership development while you rotate through Field Services, Liquid Applied Roofing, and Roofing Principles rotations. You will travel up to 60% to various customers and events, with a dedicated manager and mentor guiding your progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op in construction or roofing environment.
• Knowledge of building material industry, roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with roof inspections and leak/complaint inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to perform inspections and learn scheduling.
• Support rotations in Field Services, Liquid Applied Roofing, and Roofing Principles.
• Provide training and technical assistance to business partners.
• Collaborate with R&D on product development and application techniques.
• Maintain proper written communication with GAF owners and customers.
