Job summary

GAF is recruiting for a Field Services Rotational Associate in the Northeast region. The program accelerates graduates into leaders through hands-on inspection, troubleshooting, and training across Field Services, Liquid Applied Roofing, and Roofing Principles rotations.

Candidates will travel 30-60% to customers and events, work with a dedicated mentor, and develop leadership and technical skills in a two-year program designed to drive value for GAF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Previous internship/apprenticeship or co-op in construction or roofing environment.
• Knowledge of the building material industry, especially roofing and water management products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential and commercial roof inspections, start ups, interims, finals, and leak and complaint inspections.
• Travel to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections (up to 60%).
• Learn to prioritize open inspection requests and manage a productive schedule.
• Assist in problem resolution and communicate results in writing to GAF and customers.
• Support Field Services rotation across different job areas and projects.
