Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC -North America Customer Center in Memphis, TN is seeking a Service Technician to service air compressors, dryers, controllers, and related equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, install and upgrade systems, and maintain thorough service documentation.

Travel within a 1-2 hour radius, participate in on-call rotation, and complete training at the Air Academy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical experience in mechanical, maintenance or electrical fields.
• Experience with maintenance, overhaul and repair of industrial equipment incl. electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics; HVAC experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; EPA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive service, troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers, drains, controllers and low pressure blowers.
• Set, install, and pipe compressor systems.
• Complete service-related documentation (reports, forms, warranty, oil samples, parts returns).
• Participate in rotating 24/7/365 on-call with travel to customer locations, including overnight travel.
