Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC -North America Customer Center is seeking a Service Technician Trainee to service and repair air compressors and related equipment. You will work remotely from Brighton, CO, with travel to customer sites as needed and training at Air Academy.

You will join a rotating 24/7 on-call pool and must pass drug testing. The role requires a valid driver’s license, high school diploma, and ability to lift 50 lbs, with fluent English and a basic understanding of mechanics and

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and fluent English.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to lift to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments with temperature extremes.
Basic understanding of mechanics and electrical theory.
Ability to use computers to complete work orders.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive service, troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers, drains, controllers, and low-pressure blowers.
Pressure wash and clean the equipment pad and surroundings.
Communicate with the customer and Service Manager about services and options for repairs or upgrades.
Fill out service reports, forms, and warranty and parts documents.
Attend training at Air Academy and train with Senior Technicians.
Promote safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
Set, install, and pipe compressor systems when needed.
Participate in rotating 24/7/365 on-call with travel to customer locations.
Subject to random drug testing.
