LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to support our power distribution equipment with on-site and remote service across the US and Canada. You will perform startup, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and provide responsive customer support by phone and email.

The role requires electrical troubleshooting, reading diagrams, safety awareness, and willingness to travel. Training at our Aurora, Ohio HQ may be required before field deployments.

Qualifications

• Service experience with electric power systems (required)
• Electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills (required)
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics (required)
• Familiarity with programming printed circuit boards via PC-based programs (required)
• Safety awareness and electrical PPE knowledge (required)
• Electronics or electrical training from military service (preferred)
• Clean driving record (required)

Responsabilités

• Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment.
• Provide customer support on-site and via email/phone.
• Maintain timely, detailed service records in LayerZero system.
• Provide emergency response for critical incidents.
• Coordinate with 1-844-855-5977 LayerZero 24/7 incident response.
